| Descripción de la Oferta: | • Query prospects to qualify sales opportunities in conjunction with sales team in order to accurately determine product fit, size and probability of success • Conduct product and company presentations and demos to prospects, channel partners and reviewers with the goal of getting them to buy, sell or recommend the solutions • Collect and aggregate prospect feedback, feeding into Product Management and other teams to better direct product development to meet market demand • Assist prospect technical staff in high-level design and architecture of prospect solutions based on appropriate sizing and resiliency guidelines • Address high volume of prospect questions and requirements in a quality driven, comprehensive manner to ensure prospect satisfaction - solutions will come from personal knowledge/experience, co-workers, knowledge systems • Assist inside, field and channel sales force in the close of large Enterprise sales by demonstrating technical fit of the solutions |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Essential Desirable • Experience in technical pre-sales assistance, preferably with a Enterprise focused software company • Considerable Sales Engineering experience selling software security solutions to Enterprise accounts • Technical background in security or messaging space • Systems administration experience (Windows/Linux/UNIX/Novell/MacOS) • Working large (£100K+) opportunities • Experience working with mail environments (Exchange / Postfix / Sendmail / Lotus Notes) • Experience working and supporting channel partners • Knowledge of Enterprise AntiVirus software (Sophos / McAfee / Symantec / Trend / CA) |
