Job Description As the primary pre-sales technical interface with the customer, you'll recognize the client's business needs, interpret them, and produce the solution design proposals. Supporting the sales team throughout the business winning process, you'll also assist in the analisys of business value for the customer, definition of the solutions, technical presentations, demos and proofs of concept for specific software products. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Your Profile Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience preferably in technical field Technical Knowledge in: - IT infrastructure (UNIX, NT, Networking, Hardware, mission Critical- High Availability Concepts) - Networking Infrastructure, Technology and Solutions - IT applications and architectures (Oracle, Siebel, SAP, SOA, etc.) - IT Management processes and standards (ITIL, ITSM, Cobit, CMMI, etc.) - IT Management applications (CA, BMC, OpenView, Mercury, IBM Tivoli) Excellent customer and communication and presentation skills Strong sales & negotiation skills Customer facing skills Ability and willingness to motivate and support other consultants Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems Ability to present proposals persuasively Excellent team skills. |
