| Descripción de la Oferta: | Background Customer Experience Management (CEM) is a new and rapidly evolving area within Global telecommunications markets. The goal of CEM is to enable telecommunications operators maximise revenues by identifying the problems experienced by customers rather than just optimising their network based on performance & statistics metrics. Founded in 1999, my client is now the premier provider of CEM systems to communications service providers worldwide. Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, he supplies its a range of supporting professional services from offices in Eurpoe, USA, Japan and Australia. He is currently recruiting for an experience telecoms/operations engineer based in Madrid, Spain. This role will primarily be based in Madrid and will report directly to the Client Solutions Director for the associated operational business unit based in Dublin. The role will be responsible for: - Installation, deployment activities associated with customer projects. - Support of on site product installations to assure continuous operation of our solution - Problem reporting and tracking both locally and in collaboration with Dublin based support and engineering groups. - Providing User and Admin Training on our solution - Assist in the customer requirements gathering process for new business opportunities - Appropriate internal and customer facing reporting. The candidate must have: - A minimum of three years of operational telecoms engineering experience - Proven track record in product deployment and support - Ability to self manage and work on own initiative at a customer premises. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - As building the customer relationship is key component to this role the candidate must have excellent interpersonal, communication and professional skills are essential. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Required competencies and experience: - Telecoms o Excellent knowledge of GSM Technologies, infrastructure and services is essential o Knowledge of the following protocols SNMP, CORBA, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP is essential o Knowledge of GTP(Gn/Gi),Gb, A , IuCS, IuPS interfaces would be a distinct advantage - RDBMS Skills; o Competency with Oracle would be a distinct advantage; o sql/user knowledge essential |
| Requisitos deseados: | Other o Excellent knowledge of Unix, e.g. Solaris and Red Hat Linux essential o Knowledge of Business Objects would be an advantage. |
