POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities:
• achievement of financial and business objectives relating to targets set in regard to direct and indirect EMEA Segment Marketing – focusing on Consumer, Prosumer and SOHO.
• financial (e.g. revenue, net activation) and business targets (e.g. Segment Programme effectiveness – ROI, market share, category leadership) for the complete portfolio set in regard to agreed Segments (and Carrier and Alliance partner relationships) – focusing on Consumer, Prosumer and SOHO segments.
• Work with partners (under the leadership of the Segment Marketing Director and in conjunction with RIM internal marketing teams) to develop, communicate and implement jointly agreed Marketing Objectives/ Strategies/ Plans/ Programmes in support of the strategic business plan - leveraging all elements of the Marketing Mix. These are to be revised bi-annually.
• forecasting, budget/ expense planning and management, programme tracking, measurement etc. Monitor and manage performance to ensure objectives are met and report/ correct any deviation from plan.
• for building and managing relationships with key executives within the Indirect (and Carrier and Alliance) Partner organizations and with agencies and other co-operative marketing partners to increase mindshare, market share/ awareness etc. in regard to the complete portfolio for the specific EMEA segment.
• Ensure/ contribute to the successful launch of new products - in conjunction with indirect/ carrier customers - into the EMEA region. Ensure alignment between the Segment, Channel, Alliance Marketing AND Finance teams to achieve acquisition, revenue and retention objectives/ targets etc. and reduce effort duplication.
Estudios mínimos: Licenciado
Experiencia mínima: 3 a 5 Años
Requisitos mínimos: •Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian language would be an advantage
•Experience Industry experience:
• The candidate needs to able to ‘hit the ground running’ – therefore retail/consumer telecommunication experience is a prerequisite, 3-5 years minimum experience necessary
•Experience working for or with a network carrier retail division would beneficial
•Need to have a clear understanding of the ‘eco system’ of the business/ industry - representing a range of industry perspectives
•Pertinent market knowledge and industry contacts highly desirable
•International experience:
•Prefer if candidate has dealt on pan-European/ EMEA basis previously. Need to have worked across more than three EMEA countries
•Knowledge of EU cultures and cultural sensitivity is paramount – must be demonstrable
•Sensitivity and experience in dealing with North American b
