Descripción de la Oferta:  Installation and administration. SAP ECC 5.0 – 6.0. NetWeaver 04. SAP R/3. SAP CRM
 Management and installation SAP licenses and support packages.
 Printer management and Kernel changes.
 Configuration, installation (patches and releases) SAP on Unix, Windows, Linux environment.
 Checks the process ejecution.
 To insure the systems security and availability.
 Cooperate contributing with technical support to the Team client members
 Cooperate in the process to include new funcionalities in production mode and/or new systems.
 Manage the first level incidences and the assigned changes.
 Implement Shell scripts
 Cooperate to ensure the quality acoording the SLAs defined.
 Actions implementation focused to improve the SLAs defined.
 Define and implantation indicators in order to report the activity
 Incidences reporting.
 Keep the neccesary information, procedures, processes, tools, etc. for a correct service execution.
 Cooperate to improve the service (process).
Estudios mínimos: Ingeniero Técnico
Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 Años
Requisitos mínimos:  High level English.
 SAP DBA.
 Certification CRM Fundamentals 5.0 (SAP)
 Management backup.
 Good comunication with client and team.
 To aproach, identification and Schedule data.
 Experience on manage work team.
 Analitic and ability to analysis and summary.
 Capacity to Work envolved in a team.
 Academic studies: Degree Computer Engineering, telecomunications or similar
 Experience: Five years in similar role
Requisitos deseados:  Knowledge on ITIL methodology.
 Knowledge on Storage system(SAN, NAS, DAS),
 Managing Sun StorEdge with Netbackup. Sun Microsystems. ES-312
 Knowledge on networking and Windows environment.
