| Descripción de la Oferta: | Responsible for developing and expanding Welch Allyn Medical business in the Iberia territory by planning technical, pre- and after-sales service, sales support and marketing strategies, supporting hospital system installations and leveraging dealer networks to expand our medical system business promoting the Welch Allyn brand of quality and integrity. To convey the Welch Allyn quality message throughout all interactions with subordinates and customers. Is responsible for achieving annual sales and marketing goals. To contribute to the long term strategy of Welch Allyn by means of a strategic direction plan for the territory. Working based in Madrid office you will support and sell in Spain and Portugal a diverse product line with particular focus on complex connectivity solutions, through our dealers in these countries. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Education: College degree or equivalent in, software engineering or computer science or ingeniero de telecomunicaciones Experience: 1+ years experience in a sales support position or equivalent technical sales experience Consistent successful performance. Specific demonstrated experience in the geographic area. Some experience in the medical product or pharmaceutical industry desirable. |
| Requisitos deseados: | Computer literacy is essential in order to demonstrate skills to support technical questions, and software knowledge to support dealer sales. Demonstrated experience in: Client/server environments Installing & maintaining SQL databases Hardware configuration Troubleshooting experience Network experience (switches/(cisco) routers, subnetting, TCP/IP stack (Basic) knowledge of the HL7 standard Good command of Operating Systems like Windows 2000,XP, Vista, Windows Server 2003 Knowledge of Microsoft Visio Must be able to lead a sales support effort through the selection, training, and motivation of an area distributor force. Requires strong communication skills, strong team skills. Excellent organisational skills particularly in maintaining accurate sales and customer records. Demonstrated ability to make effective sales presentations and to handle assigned responsibilities independently. Fluent English and Spanish is essential |
