| Descripción de la Oferta: | • Help sales sell more and increase the company revenue by utilising their technical sales skills to convince prospects to purchase our client’s solutions • Query prospects to qualify sales opportunities in conjunction with sales team in order to accurately determine product fit, size and probability of success • Conduct product and company presentations and demos to prospects, channel partners and reviewers with the goal of getting them to buy, sell or recommend our client’s solutions • Conduct in-depth needs analysis (via phone, email or in person) with prospect technical staff to determine technical requirements and specifications of solution in line with our client best practices • Assist prospect technical staff in high-level design and architecture of prospect solutions based on appropriate sizing and resiliency guidelines • Assist inside, field and channel sales force in the close of large Enterprise sales by demonstrating technical fit of our client’s solutions • Assist and manage frequent technical evaluations by working with prospects through proof of concept testing and implementation with the goal of a strong recommendation to purchase our client’s products • Developing and delivering custom training for prospects / customers and partners • Reporting to the Iberia Manager, you are responsible for supporting the sale of Enterprise Customers and the training and sales efforts of channel partners. You will work closely with sales, support, development and product management teams to ensure the current and future success of our client sales efforts. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | • Experience in technical pre-sales assistance, preferably with a Enterprise focused software company. • Technical background in security or messaging space. • Work king large (£100K+) opportunities • Experience working and supporting channel partners • Considerable Sales Engineering experience selling software security solutions to Enterprise accounts • Systems administration experience (Windows/Linux/UNIX/Novell/MacOS) • Experience working with mail environments (Exchange / Postfix / Send mail / Lotus Notes) • Knowledge of Enterprise Antivirus software world |
| Requisitos deseados: | • Ability to link product features to business benefits and requirements • Ability to perform needs assessment and handle technical objections and configuration issues • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong presentation skills • Ability to be hands-on, working directly with prospects and customers, handling technical requirements and configuration issues • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities • Ability to design and implement large scale Enterprise solutions • Relevant post-secondary education • Bachelor’s Degree in related field • Security industry certifications |
