| Descripción de la Oferta: | Activity The department is in charge of the follow up of the company¿s financial activity, coordinating with about ten European and Asian subsidiaries. In order to reinforce the team and to reach our objectives, we are looking for a confirmed financial controller, with an international profile, and driven by the financial control of a strong growing activity. The position is very operational. In order to accomplish its mission, the international financial controller works close to the local Chief Financial Officer, and also with the Investment Managers of the financial teams. Main tasks Within a 4 people team, reporting to the head of holding financial controlling, you¿ll be in charge of the following tasks: Recurring responsibilities : Active participation to the annual budget process, to the financial planning process (quarterly review), and to the preparation of the company strategic plan. Financial Control / Reporting : supervise the production of the global monthly report of each Financial subsidiary¿s activity and the production of monthly and quarterly synthesis documents for the attention of the management Follow up of the quarterly recharging process between the company entities Daily relations with local heads Other responsibilities: Participation to strategic projects as profitability analysis projects, or new products, department costs accounting, etc. Active participation to the opening of new subsidiaries abroad (elaboration of the business plan in link with the business development teams, creation of the legal entity in link with local actors, and coordination of the local administrative support, etc) |

| Requisitos mínimos: | 4 to 6 years experience Master¿s degree: business school, university including a major in finance Fluent French and English are required, a third language would be appreciated Ability to work with team spirit in an international and multicultural environment Ability to communicate with the senior management Organisation oriented and strong ability to work under time constrains Ability to coordinate internally and externally as well (consultants, Lawyer, auditors, etc), operational questions regarding new subsidiaries Rigorous and detail oriented Client oriented IT: Advanced Excel and Access |
