| Descripción de la Oferta: | My client is part of a multimedia services group with its headquarters in Barcelona.Their innovation has positioned them as one of the leading companies in audio and video streaming via internet. Due to its growth, we are looking for an Integration & Support Consultant to join in their team. The Integration and Support Consultant will be responsible for creating, defining and improving the procedures for the I&S department in coordination with the Operational Manager. The consultant will initially participate as an I&S Consultant, but as the company grows, will be responsible for organizing and managing the rest of the team. |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Work independently with customers via conference calls, email, visits to deliver the appropriate integration solution. This includes: • Taking control of customer setup, including hardware and software installation. • Evaluating the customer’s streaming processes and performing Streaming Platform integration. • Providing detailed documentation for custom solutions that satisfies the customer’s technical requirements. • Working closely with Sales professionals and engineering, to resolve technical issues that come up during customer tests and integrations. • Writing documentation, including Integration Guides, Support Guides, and Internal report and procedures. • Working with partner companies and resellers to integrate The Integration Consultant will participate in helping scale our integration department, implement best practices, and improving our methodology and quality of integrations Customer Support: • Communicate with custo |
| Requisitos deseados: | • Knowledge of at least one or more of the following: Linux/UNIX, multimedia, Python • Experience in and contributions to existing Open Source/Free Software projects is a plus • Self-motivated, able to work independently and customer-oriented • Previous successful experience in Customer Integration or support • Motivated to learn, work in a team, and improve process quality • Willingness to visit customer sites (sometimes across Southern Europe) • Excellent business writing, communication, and presentation skills • Experience with audio/video/multimedia will be a plus • Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor. • Ability to multi-task. • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Spanish. Third language will be a plus. |
