We are looking for our site in BARCELONA GERMAN/ ITALIAN/ DUTCH/ ENGLISH Call Center AGENTS for a TECHNCAL SUPPORT SERVICE. ROLE and RESPONSABILITIES: - Our Agents should perform assigned Customer Service and Back Office duties the best way to meet company objectives in all areas of employee, client and shareholder satisfaction. - Agents`s main task is to offer full range of customer service by phone, fax or mail.
