| Descripción de la Oferta: | Under immediate supervision, the incumbent will respond to telephone inquiries in a customer-oriented call center operations environment by following standard scripts and procedures. The incumbent will perform routine tasks requiring working knowledge of the Company’s products and services. This is an intermediate position requiring experience in a call center operations environment. REPRESENTAIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner following standard scripts and procedures. Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve the situation. Communicates appropriate options for resolution. Investigates and attempts to resolve complaints. Informs customers about services available. Uses a computerized system to gather information, research/resolve inquiries and log customer calls. Education and Typical Years of Experience: High School diploma and/or or equivalent experience and/or training. 0 – 1 years experience in a call center environment. Specific Requirements: -English fluent level -Italian Native |
